  • How do I place a Nationwide order?
    Ordering from our website is easy. We have put together popular packages for you to choose from so simply add what you would like to your cart and once you have finished browsing click ‘check out’. You will be directed to our payments page where you will need to fill in your correct details and check out using PayPal or your debit/credit card. If you do not have a Paypal account you can also check out via Paypal as a guest.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We Deliver to all UK mainland including England, Wales and Scottish lowlands. This excludes Scottish highlands and the Isle of White/Channel Islands. The following postcodes are also available: DD, DG, AB10-36, AB39, EH, FK1-16, G, KA1-26 & 29-30, KY, ML, PA1-19, PH1-14, TD. If your postcode is unavailable or you are unsure if we deliver to your address please contacts us via email before ordering and we will be able to help. Other postcodes are also available however this may be for an additional charge. We now also offer a hot local delivery via Just Eat.
  • How much is delivery?
    All delivery costs are included in our pricing.
  • How long does delivery take?
    We use an overnight courier service to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are sent out on a Thursday and your order will arrive to you on Friday. We currently only deliver on a Friday. Orders must be placed before 11AM on Wednesday for a Friday delivery.
  • What happens if I am not in?
    Please ensure you are in for your delivery, if however you are not going to be in you can leave delivery instructions for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour at your own risk. If you are left a card to pick it up from the depot the next day, it is then down to you to ensure the food is safe for consumption when collected.
  • How should my food be stored?
    Once you have received your parcel please remove all contents from delivery box and store in a refrigerator below 6°C. Food must be consumed within 48 hours or frozen immediately after unpacking. If frozen please consume within 3 months.
  • Can I freeze the pies?
    Yes! All our pies are made and cooked to order so they can be frozen (including the mash and liquor). Please freeze immediately once it has been delivered. We do not recommend freezing Eels.
  • How is the Nationwide food packaged?
    Once your food is cooked it is then chilled down before carefully being packed into our insulated delivery boxes. Cooling packs are then added to ensure food is kept at a safe temperature throughout its journey.
  • Do you offer a vegetarian/ vegan option?
    Yes! We now do a fully Vegan Pie Mash & Liquor made with soya mince. If you would like to order these for online delivery simply state how many pies you would like to swap out in the ‘leave a note section’ at checkout. If you are coming to our restaurant for an eat in or takeaway we recommend phoning 20 minutes prior as the vegan pies are cooked to order.
  • Do you offer a hot local delivery?
    Yes! You can now order a hot delivery via Just Eat. Simply search for us on their app or website to order.
