HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Storage - Once you have received your parcel please remove all contents from delivery box and store in a refrigerator below 6°C. All food must be consumed within 48 hours or frozen immediately after unpacking.
If frozen please consume within 3 months.

Pies: Preheat oven to 180°C. Cover the pies over and heat in the oven for 15 minutes, this allows the pies to heat through without burning. Remove cover and place back in the oven for a further 5 minutes. Let pies stand for 2 minutes before eating and ensure they are piping hot all the way through.

Mash: Use a fork to break up the required serving of mash you would like to heat. Place in a microwaveable container and heat on full power for 2 minutes, leaving the lid slightly off. Remove from microwave, mix and then heat for a further 1-2 minutes or until hot.

Liquor: When cold, the liquor will set and appear jelly like. This is perfectly normal. Empty the required amount into a saucepan and heat on a low gas for 8-10 minutes stirring continuously. Ensure the liquor does not stick or start to boil as this can spoil the flavour. If the liquor is slightly thick once heated, add small amounts of boiling water until you are happy with its consistency.

Eels: Follow the same heating instructions as the liquor whilst stirring gently taking extra care not to break the pieces of eels up.
If frozen we recommend defrosting all food in a refrigerator before reheating. Note: liquor may separate after being frozen, just whisk whilst heating to bring it back to the right consistency.
All re-heating times are approximate and may vary depending on your appliance. Please adjust accordingly.
