Delivery/ Returns/ Refunds
Delivery - Delivery charges are included in the price of our products for UK mainland excluding Scottish highlands. We may be able to deliver to other postcodes however there may be a surcharge of £10. Please ensure you are in for delivery as we do not accept liability for lost/damaged goods if they are left in accordance with your delivery instructions (e.g. leave in safe place or with a neighbour). Although we try our best to get your parcel to you on time, delivery times and dates are not guaranteed.
We shall not be held responsible for delay/ cancelled deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. riots, strikes, weather etc.). If we cannot make delivery on given day as a result of this we will either contact you via email or phone to rearrange delivery or issue a refund.
Bank holidays – Orders placed when there is a bank holiday may have their delivery day changed. A note will be on the website and we may contact you to advise you of your options.
Returns – We do not accept returns on food items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds – If you are unsatisfied with your order you must lets us know within 3 days and we may give a full or partial refund where appropriate.
Minimum order – The minimum order amount is £41.99 orders received under this will be cancelled and a full refund will be given.
Address Information
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address when ordering, it is important this information is accurate. We will not be held liable for late/undelivered items if the information was missing or incorrect.
Payment Terms / Prices/ Change in price
Payment terms – All orders will be processed and dispatched once payment is received in full. If payment is not received then the order will not proceed. Payments are secure and to be made via PayPal or debit/credit card.
Prices – Although every effort is made to ensure prices are displayed correctly at the time of ordering, sometimes due to technical or human error they may be incorrect. If this is the case you will be contacted via email where you will be offered a full refund or the chance to reconsider your purchase for the updated price. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Cancellation/ Changes
Cancellation – You have the right to cancel your order up to 48 hours before its due delivery date. If you wish to do so please contact us by phone or email.

Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel your order at anytime. This may be due, but not limited, to:
- we do not deliver to your area;
- items are out of stock;
- a product you ordered was listed at the incorrect price.
If for any reason we cancel your order you will be notified via email and refunded as soon as possible, but within 14 days.
Complaints/ Damaged goods/ Incorrect order
Complaints/ damaged goods – If you are at all unsatisfied with our products or services you can make a complaint via email or call and we will deal with it accordingly.
Incorrect Order – We take every care to make sure your order is correct, however in the unlikely event it is wrong please contacts us and we will amend this as soon as possible.
